Paradigm clients have access to PC Help Desk services that allow your administration and staff to get answers to their questions quickly, and to solve problems that may prevent them from working efficiently in the shortest time possible.
ASAH members who are not current Paradigm clients are welcome to a free trial of the Help Desk request form below. Feel free to enter a real question and we'll provide a free response via phone or email. Your school should already be in the drop down list below.

Tip for all computer users: everyone needs to be vigilant today. Do not open any email messages that have attachments unless you are expecting the email. If you have received an email which contains a suspicious attachment or an email from someone you don't know, delete the email and attachment without opening it.
For Paradigm Clients: If anything unusual happens with your desktop or server systems, pay close attention to the notifications you receive on screen and note what you were doing at the time. If you believe something has already gone wrong, please contact Paradigm Pioneers Help Desk right away.
